So we've been doing a ton of things to the house lately. The most recent project was painting the outside of the house. Dan and I decided to go with a totally different color......I was nervous, but it looks GREAT! We also added shutters, which made the house look even better. I think we are done for a while...altho Dan wants to change the red mulch to black mulch. I am trying to push that one back a couple months but have a feeling that I will come home from work one day soon to find it all done. :) That's just the way Dan works. He gets and idea and has to have it done, now!
New gray color with black shutters and bright red door. No more yellowish/tan.
Hopefully soon the rocking chairs will both be black and on the front porch instead of in the middle of the yard.

ReplyDeleteJust got a chance to get to your blog and saw the pictures posted. I saw them on Carly's email and love it!! A whole new house! You guys have done a beautiful job....not sit back and enjoy for the winter. Next summer will be some other project(s) to work on. Love you!
